If Lino Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidoro Madaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Berriotxoa having to interfere. Paulino Berriotxoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Madaleno's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Daniel Tipi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paulito's Paulino Berriotxoa did a great save. Daniel Tipi got in the 23rd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Paulino Berriotxoa. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Madaleno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Paulito getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
