Baldomiro Tipi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes Aguilas FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Sidoro. After having played for 34 minutes, Cecilio Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmiro Jerrold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Elixio in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Aristides Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aquilino Pirmin to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Aguilas FC's goalkeeper Delmiro Jerrold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Machado. Baldomiro Tipi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmiro Jerrold. Delmiro Jerrold dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Aguilas FC's zone, Luisito Elixio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Jerrold came out of the goal and Luisito Elixio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aguilas FC's Delmiro Jerrold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Aguilas FC from getting a goal against them. Luisito Elixio struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Delmiro Jerrold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Machado got free with Delmiro Jerrold in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Luisito Elixio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Delmiro Jerrold, 0-4. Luisito Elixio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Delmiro Jerrold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Luisito Elixio made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Jerrold. Aguilas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. When Luisito Elixio in the 72nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Delmiro Jerrold kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Luisito Elixio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's Luisito Elixio got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Aguilas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Pere to maneuver through the defense. If Cecilio Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Aguilas FC got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Pirmin. After having played for 89 minutes, Luisito Elixio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
