Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ksawery Kostrzewa started the match with the kick off. Eriberto Sarracino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Claudio Cefero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ksawery Kostrzewa managed to get in a good position for a shot. City League's supporters rose to their feet, but Ksawery Kostrzewa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Cefero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eriberto Sarracino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Cefero having to interfere. If Ksawery Kostrzewa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to City League getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Honorio Isadore hit a great ball. When Ksawery Kostrzewa came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the City League fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ksawery Kostrzewa couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes in the game, Victoriano Hulberto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nestor Argider having to interfere. City League's Nestor Argider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Hulberto in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Cayetano Peru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 minutes, Marcelo Joseph mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eldorado and the City League players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of City League booed when Eldorado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Joseph didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eldorado's Claudio Cefero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Kostrzewa in the 38th minute of play. Robustiano Criston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Marko was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Claudio Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Kostrzewa, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Eldorado's Victoriano Hulberto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nestor Argider. That made the score 1-0 after 45 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Hulberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Angelino Marko made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Argider. City League's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ksawery Kostrzewa in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Cefero saved Eldorado from getting behind. After having played for 58 minutes, Victoriano Hulberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eldorado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Hulberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 played minutes, Eldorado's Geronimo Unax shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nestor Argider came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eldorado reached it. A hard shot 76 in the game by Ksawery Kostrzewa from a close distance when the talented Claudio Cefero managed to make a qualified save. Eldorado's players were relieved. Claudio Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Sarracino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ksawery Kostrzewa in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudio Cefero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Victoriano Hulberto struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Nestor Argider didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eldorado. When City League's Ksawery Kostrzewa in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eldorado's goalie prevented a goal. Eldorado's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
