Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5490, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rosendo Lucero took the kick off in the first half of the match. Astor Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Alejo Tiso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Brun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Salomon's late challenge caught a Alpha Centauri México's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reynaldo Salomon helped the player get up and apologised. Jonas Aznaro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Estudiantes Tecos's Astor Firme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejo Tiso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 18 minutes, Diego Beliran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alpha Centauri México and the Estudiantes Tecos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diego Beliran kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Rosendo Lucero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Estudiantes Tecos's Moises Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Lucero in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Alpha Centauri México's Rosendo Lucero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moises Lamberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Rafael Arixo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Astor Firme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alejo Tiso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Brun was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Estudiantes Tecos booed when Alpha Centauri México was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Beliran didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Rosendo Lucero made a precise shot to the right of Moises Lamberto. Estudiantes Tecos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Rosendo Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Moises Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Estudiantes Tecos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Baudelio to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Estavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 minutes, Zeledon Sansone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estudiantes Tecos and the Alpha Centauri México players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Estudiantes Tecos got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Sansone. Moises Lamberto came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Alpha Centauri México's Alejandro Estavan. But to his dismay, Alejandro Estavan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Rosendo Lucero might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Lamberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Lucero ran back to his position shaking his head. After 76 minutes of play, Alpha Centauri México's Alejandro Estavan made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Lamberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute, Rosendo Lucero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Estudiantes Tecos's Moises Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Lucero in the 81st minute of play. After 84 played minutes Alpha Centauri México got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Sabino. Estudiantes Tecos's Fermin Cordarin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alpha Centauri México. Americo Brun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejo Tiso having to make a save. Rosendo Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Moises Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alpha Centauri México walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
