Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alvaro Lop got the match started through his kick off. After 12 played minutes Luanco FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Patrido. After a defensive mix-up in Luanco FC's zone, Robustiano Leheren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Raulo came out of the goal and Robustiano Leheren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Lop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Reyes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Ignazio's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After some careless play in the Covunco defense, Eusebio Ibon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Reyes. The Covunco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Reyes should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Covunco getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Everardo Monte hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Ibon in the 25th minute of play forced Covunco's goalkeeper Felipe Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Covunco's Aureliano Fertus got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lucio Raulo.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebio Ibon to strike the kick off in the second half. Felipe Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquilino Ignazio in the 53rd minute. Felipe Reyes made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Aquilino Ignazio sent off a good shot on target. Alvaro Lop charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Felipe Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Covunco getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Celestino Balesio hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Robustiano Leheren notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Luanco FC's Lucio Raulo. Lucio Raulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Covunco's Celestino Balesio got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Felipe Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Ibon in the 87th minute of play. Lucio Raulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Leheren in the 90th minute of the match. When Aquilino Ignazio came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Luanco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Ignazio couldn't finish the play. Albano Totakoxe kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Covunco fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luanco FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
