Romeo Padro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Locaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Isidro Qwinton came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Trejos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Qwinton couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimeno Henric in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Dorio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isidro Qwinton charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Qwinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidro Qwinton hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Jimeno Henrics short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Fausto Dorio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Guerreros Aztecas F.C.'s Severo Telo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Arnulfo Rozarius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romeo Padro. Guerreros Aztecas F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th minute, Jimeno Henric left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guerreros Aztecas F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Isidro Qwinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Padro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Trejos's Isidro Qwinton got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Jimeno Henric put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Dorio. In the 71st minute, Jimeno Henric ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Dorio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Jacinto Cordaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Guerreros Aztecas F.C.'s Jimeno Henric nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Dorio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 81st minute, Ildefonso Alonso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romeo Padro. The goal made the score 5-1. After 84 minutes, Severo Telo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guerreros Aztecas F.C. and the Trejos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute of the match Arnulfo Rozarius sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Padro skillfully saved the ball. Fausto Dorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Henric, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jimeno Henric's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Dorio was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Ildefonso Alonso's late challenge caught a Guerreros Aztecas F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Alonso helped the player get up and apologised.
