Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) Vladimiro Rios made the kick off and thus started the match. Ruben Sandalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Haritz in the 6th minute of play. Reynaldo Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ruben Sandalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in RAYADOS INC.'s zone, Vladimiro Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Jordy came out of the goal and Vladimiro Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Jonathan Sasoin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cecilio Jordy. RAYADOS INC.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Sasoin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, RAYADOS INC.'s Cecilio Jordy got control of the ball when Jonathan Sasoin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Cleto Fresco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RAYADOS INC.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilela the free kick. Cecilio Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Baudelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Sandalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Ezkerra in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of RAYADOS INC. booed when Vilela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Shantala didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Vladimiro Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilela's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Rios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Jordy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilela's Jonathan Sasoin suffered a concussion after 36 minutes and had to leave the field. Cleto Fresco got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 37th match minute, RAYADOS INC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Fresco to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Baudelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Jordy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Baudelio ran back to his position shaking his head. 48 minutes into the match, Emilio Baudelio sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Cecilio Jordy threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Emilio Baudelio this time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Ezkerra was the one to do the kick off. Gaspar Shantala might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Jordy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Shantala ran back to his position shaking his head. Teofilo Ezkerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Teofilo Ezkerra came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the RAYADOS INC. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Ezkerra couldn't finish the play. Vladimiro Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Romeo Ourente fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RAYADOS INC.'s protests and gave Romeo Ourente a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd match minute, RAYADOS INC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Ourente to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of RAYADOS INC. booed when Vilela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Frances didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Delmiro Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute Vladimiro Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Vilela were awarded a corner. Emilio Baudelio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Vilela's Emilio Baudelio to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Jordy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Vilela's Vladimiro Rios sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Jordy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 81 played minutes RAYADOS INC. got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Fe. Vladimiro Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cecilio Jordy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Jordy having to interfere. Vilela's Ruben Sandalio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Vilela from getting a goal against them. RAYADOS INC.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
