The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. Garrayalde's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Delmiro Salvadore in the 53rd minute. Garrayalde's Delmiro Salvadore was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rene Uhin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Martin Inge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maquinchao AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Inge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. One of Garrayalde:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maquinchao AFC:s goal. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Maquinchao AFC. Andres Iyan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Francisco Gotzon. 3-0. 63 minutes into the match, Martin Inge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Gotzon. Garrayalde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Inge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a rather tough play, Maquinchao AFC's Aureliano Frechoso got a free kick in the 65th minute. Uriel Xabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Uriel Xabier notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Maquinchao AFC's Rene Uhin. Rene Uhin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Maquinchao AFC's zone, Jorge Jayvier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Uhin came out of the goal and Jorge Jayvier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Freddy Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maquinchao AFC's protests and gave Freddy Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. Horacio Furtado hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 95th match minute, Garrayalde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Ramond to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Francisco Gotzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
