Astana Pro Team's Maximo Gilabert got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejo Bonadona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Jorge Rufo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmyr Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximo Gilabert hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Maximo Gilabert got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Astana Pro Team. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Gilabert in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Bonadona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Walmyr Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Walmyr Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Astana Pro Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walmyr Gerber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximo Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Etruria's zone, Maximo Gilabert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Bonadona came out of the goal and Maximo Gilabert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Astana Pro Team's Feliberto Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Henrico in the 68th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Etruria's goalkeeper Alejo Bonadona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmyr Gerber. Maximo Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Astana Pro Team's zone, Teo Henrico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Quintun came out of the goal and Teo Henrico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Walmyr Gerber struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alejo Bonadona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astana Pro Team. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Gilabert in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Bonadona saved Etruria from getting behind. If Maximo Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jorge Rufo struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Alejo Bonadona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astana Pro Team. Maximo Gilabert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alejo Bonadona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Etruria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Astana Pro Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
