Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silvestre Baristo got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Saturnin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Eutor was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. If Silvestre Baristo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristo Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Sabino in the 28th minute. Silvestre Baristo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cristo Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Velasco made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Diego Sabino sent off a good shot on target. Diego Sabino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Cristo Velasco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Saturnin in the 40th minute of play forced Ramallo FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Eutor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Chivas got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Gonzo. In the 45th minute, Eugenio Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Eutor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Chivas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Eugenio Saturnin made the kick off in the second half. Chivas's Cristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Baristo in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chivas's goalkeeper Cristo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the game, Haroldo Tibalt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chivas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ramallo FC the free kick. Haroldo Tibalt hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute of the match Israel Gaspard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristo Velasco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Laureano Loreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chivas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Loreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ernesto Eutor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Saturnin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ernesto Eutor made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Ramallo FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Eutor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Esquipula. With a little luck, Ramallo FC's Ernesto Eutor got control of the ball when Eugenio Saturnin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Mariano Esquipula notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ramallo FC's Ernesto Eutor. Ernesto Eutor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugenio Saturnin might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Eutor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugenio Saturnin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Laureano Loreto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eugenio Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ernesto Eutor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Haroldo Tibalt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ernesto Eutor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroldo Tibalt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugenio Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ernesto Eutor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaberto Baumer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Eutor having to make a save. Laureano Loreto was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Chivas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Chivas played a much better game than Ramallo FC and deserved their victory. The Ramallo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
