Fabian Bernard ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rdth minute of the game Severo Errolan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vallecito FC's Jorge Gabirel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Bernard was the one to do the kick off. Rogelio Jago tried in the 51st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Jorge Gabirel a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-1. After 57 minutes, Jesus Dolcet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vallecito FC and the Gonz United players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Malvin couldn't finish the play. Claudinho Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Gonz United's Claudinho Cardozo got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Gonz United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vallecito FC.
