Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Conesa's Jeronimo Kemen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Urbano Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Baldomiro Constancio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dario Eguzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Monterrey's Venancio Odilon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Monterrey from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey's zone, Jeronimo Kemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Odilon came out of the goal and Jeronimo Kemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Eguzki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Venancio Odilon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Venancio Odilon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Raul Crispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jeronimo Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Odilon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Lluterio's late challenge caught a Conesa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Lluterio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Monterrey's Rosendo Lluterio got a free kick in the 36th minute. Raimundo Paulin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Crispo in the 40th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Jeronimo Kemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Monterrey's Marcial Jaunzuria got a free kick in the 77th minute. Urbano Mitxel in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raimundo Paulin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Monterrey's Venancio Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Kemen in the 83rd minute of play. Urbano Mitxel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Dario Eguzki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monterrey's Venancio Odilon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Conesa's Dario Eguzki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Venancio Odilon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.
