Desiderio Macario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Desiderio Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Macario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cleto Rufio went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marciano Tano came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacinto Gorri could save by the left post. Pablo Amor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Frichoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Modesto Senon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cascada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GUADALAJARA the free kick. In the 37th minute, Modesto Senon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th match minute, Cascada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Heli to maneuver through the defense. The corner led GUADALAJARA's Edgardo Rik to fire away a dangerous shot which Jacinto Gorri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Amor to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Fernando Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desiderio Macario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Gorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Amor in the 82nd minute of play. Cleto Rufio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. GUADALAJARA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cleto Rufio 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Cleto Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Desiderio Macario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes GUADALAJARA got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Otsando. Desiderio Macario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Rufio in the 95th minute of the match. Pablo Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The GUADALAJARA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cascada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
