Justino Gelacio kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Esteban Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Eguzki in the 22nd minute of play forced Pumas UNAM F.C.'s goalkeeper Eugenio Cheche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pumas UNAM F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Aaron Abella hit a great ball. Melchor Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Cheche having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Melchor Laurin made the kick off in the second half. Esteban Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Maurin took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Goizeder. Javier Goizeder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Javier Goizeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Javiero, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Esteban Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Laurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eugenio Cheche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Eguzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Cheche having to interfere. Fernan Dabi charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernan Dabi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Fernan Dabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hipolito Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Melchor Laurin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eugenio Cheche, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Pumas UNAM F.C.'s zone, Lucas Eguzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Cheche came out of the goal and Lucas Eguzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Eguzki struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Eugenio Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acevedo FC. In the 80th minute Esteban Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Goizeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Javiero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Javier Goizeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Acevedo FC's Domingo Eutor got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 96 played minutes Pumas UNAM F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Lano. For all the effort they put into the match, the Acevedo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pumas UNAM F.C..
