After 3 played minutes Martínez AFC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Ekain. Paulo Gai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Pelayo in the 9th minute of play. Remigio Rumaldos short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Paulo Gai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Pelayo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo Gai. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Benjamin Ondino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siro Semeno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Martínez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Ondino to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Gai having to interfere. Ceferino Diagur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Siro Semeno. Atlético Doctrina TRC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Paulo Gai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 31st minute, Remigio Rumaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Gai was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Martínez AFC booed when Atlético Doctrina TRC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Cordarrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Gai was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Klement Wielgopolski. Remigio Rumaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Paulo Gai made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Bernardo Pelayo sent off a good shot on target. When Atlético Doctrina TRC's Remigio Rumaldo in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Martínez AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Paulo Gai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Rumaldo in the 43rd minute. Benjamin Ondino's late challenge caught a Atlético Doctrina TRC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Ondino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Martínez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Ondino to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Remigio Rumaldo made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Gai. Martínez AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remigio Rumaldo to make the kick off. If Bernardo Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Loi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Gai having to make a save. Siro Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Gai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Jakes went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigio Rumaldo in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Gai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnulfo Jakes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Gai having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Martínez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when German Loi came free, but Paulo Gai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Rumaldo in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Gai saved Martínez AFC from getting behind. Salvador Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Saul Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anibal Pierres got free with Siro Semeno in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Aznaro in the 78th minute of play forced Martínez AFC's goalkeeper Paulo Gai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martínez AFC's Paulo Gai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Rumaldo in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Martínez AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Benjamin Ondino hit a great ball. When Atlético Doctrina TRC's Remigio Rumaldo, in the 93rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Doctrina TRC. Arnulfo Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute of the match Klement Wielgopolski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Gai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Atlético Doctrina TRC were the better team. Atlético Doctrina TRC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
