The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo Huly to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabricio Demesio got free with Amado Lucero in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodrigo Abella charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The goalkeeper, Amado Lucero, was totally fooled by Carboni FC's Mariano Pacorro, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Aurelio Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Bidun in the 69th minute of play. Honorio Gervaso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Honorio Gervaso came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Taquello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Gervaso couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Carboni FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Anacleto Ereinotz hit a great ball. Ricardo Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Taquello's Hipolito Bidun got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Taquello supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carboni FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carboni FC.
