In the 5th minute, Adolfo Elazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Grabiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramblón AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Adolfo Elazar scored to the left of an out of position Santo Fliz, making the score, 1-0. Adolfo Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Fliz having to interfere. Isidro Jerrald might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmar Txurio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidro Jerrald ran back to his position shaking his head. When Adolfo Elazar came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Rumioj fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Elazar couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ramblón AFC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Atilano Marin hit a great ball. Severino Grabiel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Santo Fliz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rumioj. Isidro Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Fliz was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Adolfo Elazar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adolfo Elazar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Severino Grabiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Fliz was a little too slow when Adolfo Elazar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Matxin to make the kick off. Adolfo Elazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmar Txurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Matxin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Abelardo Indartsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delmar Txurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Santo Fliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Elazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filomeno Jatsu during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Filomeno Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Conrado Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ramblón AFC defense, Severino Grabiel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Fliz. The Ramblón AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Fliz should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Filomeno Jatsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santo Fliz. Ramblón AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filomeno Jatsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 92ndth minute of the game Severino Grabiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ramblón AFC's Santo Fliz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute Adolfo Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Fliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidro Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Delmar Txurio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ramblón AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rumioj.
