Godfredo Illart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Tibalt in the 29th minute of the match. Gogo Donio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Atlante!'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Reynardo came free, but Marco Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piamonte's Julian Reynardo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atlante!'s Marco Osoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Atlante! from getting a goal against them. Pedro Ricart's late challenge caught a Piamonte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Ricart helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atlante! getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Pedro Ricart hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Piamonte's Jeronimo Sayveon tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlante!'s goalkeeper Marco Osoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Piamonte's Godfredo Illart proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Piamonte from getting a goal against them. Ernesto Tirso hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to Piamonte getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alonzo Fortun hit a great ball. Atlante!'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
