Rosario AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Arsenio Benvido fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario AFC's protests and gave Arsenio Benvido a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rosario AFC's Arsenio Benvido got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Tatay booed when Rosario AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Benvido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Fagildo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Humberto Baldovino put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ramiro Montez. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Humberto Baldovino was the one to do the kick off. Faustino Abascal's late challenge caught a Tatay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ramiro Montez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 59th minute, Rosario AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Saul Peyo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Humberto Baldovino struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ramiro Montez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tatay. A collision led to Tatay getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Delmar Mederi hit a great ball. Augusto Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Aquiles Francho charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquiles Francho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Tatay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Francho to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Natalio Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Braulio Fagildo fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario AFC's protests and gave Braulio Fagildo a yellow card for diving instead. Tatay's Apolo Ermengol was substituted for Augusto Gilen. The supporters of Tatay booed when Rosario AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
