Carolo Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Maurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 64 played minutes Selvas got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Steven. If Amador Maurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Olayo during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Selvas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pastillos FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
