Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Bras kicked off to start the match. Monteverde AFC's German Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Neron in the 5th minute of play. Ciro Ruisko made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Angelo Miliano sent off a good shot on target. German Paz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Angelo Miliano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Ruisko was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Angelo Miliano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Ciro Ruisko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Robustiano Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Innocenzio hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Anacleto Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Robustiano Jakue ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Ruisko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Miliano to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciro Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Miliano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Robustiano Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Chaguaral got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Munio. Jeremias Olando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Ruisko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Miliano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Robustiano Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chaguaral's zone, Angelo Miliano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Ruisko came out of the goal and Angelo Miliano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Miliano in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Ruisko saved Chaguaral from getting behind. In the 67th match minute, Chaguaral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Aresti to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rdth minute of the game Angelo Miliano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaguaral's Ciro Ruisko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. German Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Bras in the 76th minute of the match. Jeremias Olando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Ruisko having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Angelo Miliano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaguaral's Ciro Ruisko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83rd play minutes Angelo Miliano shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Ciro Ruisko and just under the crossbar into goal. Julian Bras received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. German Paz came out and tried to block the shot, but Julian Bras slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 88th minute. Anacleto Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Monteverde AFC were the better team. Monteverde AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
