Spectators: 6666 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 0) Chicligasta FC's Matias Cebrian started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Hats in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Ulizes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 10 minutes, Alfredo Hats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arribeños FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Hats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Hats in the 13th minute of play forced Chicligasta FC's goalkeeper Narciso Ulizes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ildefonso Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Cebrian, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Joel Artaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Cebrian scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ildefonso Matai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute Matias Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Santiago Lixandro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chicligasta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arribeños FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chicligasta FC's Santiago Lixandro got a free kick in the 28th minute. 1-1 came in the 29th minute when Joel Artaldo all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Narciso Ulizes. Narciso Ulizes stood somewhat misplaced when Alfredo Hats came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 35 minute. After 40 minutes, Justino Bernard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arribeños FC and the Chicligasta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Chicligasta FC booed when Arribeños FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Bernard didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cleto Azubeli fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chicligasta FC's protests and gave Cleto Azubeli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chicligasta FC's Cleto Azubeli got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Narciso Ulizes was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Alfredo Hats capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfredo Hats really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Clodoveo Karlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Hats to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arribeños FC's goalkeeper Ildefonso Matai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Narciso Ulizes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Hats's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Cleto Azubeli hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chicligasta FC booed when Arribeños FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Ortzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Arribeños FC's goalkeeper Ildefonso Matai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clodoveo Karlo. After 63 minutes of play, Arribeños FC's Alfredo Hats made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Ulizes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chicligasta FC's Narciso Ulizes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Ortzi in the 67th minute of play. Gustavo Ortzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Narciso Ulizes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alfredo Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustavo Ortzi struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Narciso Ulizes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arribeños FC. After a rather tough play, Chicligasta FC's Cleto Azubeli got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the Chicligasta FC defense, Gustavo Ortzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Ulizes. The Chicligasta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Ulizes should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Arribeños FC's Ildefonso Matai got control of the ball when Clodoveo Karlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Arribeños FC fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Arribeños FC's Alfredo Hats looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Narciso Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Ulizes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
