In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sauce AFC's goalkeeper Constantino Dacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Emanuel Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jonas Egoitz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Sauce AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Egoitz couldn't finish the play. Constantino Dacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Reno in the 36th minute of the match. Marco Reno charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Reno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC HIDALGUENSE getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Marco Reno hit a great ball. Jonas Egoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sauce AFC's Constantino Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Txindoki in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Emanuel Txindoki managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC HIDALGUENSE's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Txindoki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Dacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Constantino Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Txindoki in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Reno to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC HIDALGUENSE's zone, Froilan Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Firmo came out of the goal and Froilan Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 52nd match minute, FC HIDALGUENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Totakoxe to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Txindoki got free with Constantino Dacio in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Froilan Ixidor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sauce AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 66 minutes of play FC HIDALGUENSE's Marco Reno was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, FC HIDALGUENSE's Marco Reno got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Froilan Ixidor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jairo Firmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Egoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes FC HIDALGUENSE got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Totakoxe. FC HIDALGUENSE's Jairo Firmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Egoitz in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Sauce AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
