In the 11th minute, Maximiliano Brun fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Urbes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Eleder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Steve Mistral made a huge save. Maximiliano Brun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Urbes having to make a save. SoLiDaRiOs's Steve Mistral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Henry in the 20th minute of play. Andres Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Mistral having to interfere. Steve Mistral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Clis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Melquiades Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Maximiliano Brun sped through Nueva Roma F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Urbes. The supporters of SoLiDaRiOs booed when Nueva Roma F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Guib didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Henry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristian Groven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Ramond charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Ramond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SoLiDaRiOs's Dante Ramond got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Melquiades Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Urbes having to interfere. After 61 minutes of play, SoLiDaRiOs's Guaberto Bemabe made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Urbes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Nueva Roma F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabian Urbes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Peli. 79 minutes into the match, Gaspar Ilixo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Urbes. Nueva Roma F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Ilixo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Steve Mistral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Isias in the 83rd minute of the match. When Melquiades Guib came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Nueva Roma F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Guib couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jose Peli managed to get in a good position for a shot. SoLiDaRiOs's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Peli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Urbes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabian Urbes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Brun in the 93rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Nueva Roma F.C.'s zone, Gaspar Ilixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Urbes came out of the goal and Gaspar Ilixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over SoLiDaRiOs could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nueva Roma F.C. throughout the match.
