RAYOS FC's Edgardo Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Piarres in the 23rd minute of play. A hard shot 33 in the game by Guillermo Nataniel from a close distance when the talented Reynaldo Dubardo managed to make a qualified save. Larroude FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Tajo in the 46th minute of play forced Larroude FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RAYOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Nataniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romulo Larra in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Tallia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 76 minutes of play, Larroude FC's Anacleto Piarres made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Tallia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romulo Larra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edgardo Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Romulo Larra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RAYOS FC had won after a very even match.
