If Felipe Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Arotza charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Arotza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Chas FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Arotza. With a little luck, Escalchi's Amador Lizar got control of the ball when Donato Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Chas FC booed when Escalchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Normando didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Chas FC's Felipe Millano in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Escalchi's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Herensuge in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Ireno saved Chas FC from getting behind. Edelmiro Sarracino shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to Chas FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cecilio Jurdan hit a great ball. Gonzalo Harriet's late challenge caught a Chas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonzalo Harriet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Escalchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Harriet to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Millano struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Amador Lizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chas FC. 37 minutes into the match, Escalchi's Lucas Herensuge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Ireno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chas FC's Ciriaco Benet got a free kick in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Lucas Herensuge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Ireno was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Fabio Ireno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Herensuge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chas FC's zone, Lucas Herensuge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Ireno came out of the goal and Lucas Herensuge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Millano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Dario Venerando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chas FC's Fabio Ireno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dario Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Ireno having to interfere. Fabio Ireno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Venerando, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Ciriaco Benet kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Chas FC's Fabio Ireno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Venerando in the 60th minute of play. Lucas Herensuge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Chas FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ciriaco Benet hit a great ball. The supporters of Escalchi booed when Chas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Escalchi's Edelmiro Sarracino in action when he in the 69th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 71 minutes into the match, Chas FC's goalkeeper Fabio Ireno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Herensuge. Cecilio Jurdan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amador Lizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Felipe Millano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Millano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Escalchi's goalkeeper Amador Lizar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cecilio Jurdan struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Amador Lizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chas FC. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
