The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Inocencio Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Gartxot in the 4th minute of play. If Mateo Cordarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th match minute, Toros Neza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Bemabe to maneuver through the defense. Correntoso FC's Inocencio Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Gartxot in the 11th minute of play. Lázaro Salvator came free in the 14th minute and tried to tip the ball over Inocencio Gilen, but to the joy of Correntoso FC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. 16 minutes into the game, Toros Neza FC's Paulo Bemabe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Gilen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Correntoso FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Correntoso FC's Mateo Cordarius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Toros Neza FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Edgard Cucao hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Correntoso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Donio came free, but Inocencio Gilen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Gilen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Gartxot in the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Toros Neza FC's zone, Blas Micael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Loco came out of the goal and Blas Micael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48thth minute of the game Mateo Cordarius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toros Neza FC's Americo Loco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Cordarius to strike the kick off in the second half. Blas Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Americo Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Angelo Donio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Inocencio Gilen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 67th minute Mateo Cordarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Loco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toros Neza FC's Paulo Bemabe got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Paulo Bemabe off the ground. The supporters of Correntoso FC booed when Toros Neza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Toros Neza FC's zone, Blas Micael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Loco came out of the goal and Blas Micael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Mateo Cordarius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Loco was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Tobias Oxarra charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Oxarra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Blas Micael struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Americo Loco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Correntoso FC. After a rather tough play, Correntoso FC's Leon Bartoleme got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Correntoso FC's Mateo Cordarius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Americo Loco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Americo Loco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Cordarius's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The supporters of Correntoso FC booed when Toros Neza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Donio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Correntoso FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leon Bartoleme hit a great ball. The Correntoso FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Toros Neza FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Toros Neza FC.
