Liberty United's Benito Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Perutxo in the 13th minute of play. Benito Montae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Perutxo in the 15th minute of the match. Silverio Aurken took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvio Meendez. Benito Montae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Delmar Bernabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the match, Caracara FC's Delmar Bernabel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Montae narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Delmar Bernabel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Montae was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Delmar Bernabel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Montae read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After 42 minutes, Dario Victoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liberty United and the Caracara FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee showed Benicio Orlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 45 minutes into the match, Liberty United's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Perutxo came free, but Benito Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dario Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Matai to make the kick off. Hilario Iliana got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 52nd match minute, Caracara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Iliana to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Silverio Aurken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liberty United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 57th minute, Alonzo Ciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Mauro Matai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Silvio Meendez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd match minute, Caracara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Meendez having to interfere. Hermengildo Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Montae having to interfere. Silvio Meendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Matai in the 72nd minute of play. If Silverio Aurken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Caracara FC booed when Liberty United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Orlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Dario Perutxo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Liberty United's Benito Montae. Benito Montae was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dario Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 played minutes Caracara FC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Bernabel. Delmar Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Benito Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Liberty United could leave the field as winners, despite Caracara FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
