After 2 minutes, Felipe Pirro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Larroque and the Esther players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felipe Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Rogelio Bartoli fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Larroque's protests and gave Rogelio Bartoli a yellow card for diving instead. Larroque's Valentin Oro suffered a sprained foot after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 18 minutes, Mariano Ferrer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esther and the Larroque players grew even worse after the yellow card. 24 minutes into the game, Marciano Musko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esther's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Larroque the free kick. In the 24th minute, Marciano Musko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prudencio Ongile scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robustiano Sugoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Esther's zone, Edgardo Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Sasoin came out of the goal and Edgardo Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severo Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Sasoin having to interfere. Gaspar Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes, Larroque's Rogelio Bartoli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaspar Sasoin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Larroque reached it. 45 minutes into the match, Larroque's Severo Macerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaspar Sasoin narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severo Macerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Simon Gamus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Edgardo Luzea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Sasoin. Esther's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Luzea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Prudencio Ongile notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Larroque's Robustiano Sugoi. Robustiano Sugoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esther's goalkeeper Gaspar Sasoin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute Marciano Musko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Sugoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Jorge Gonsalve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Luzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gaspar Sasoin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Ferrer was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 88th minute, Mariano Ferrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Severo Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Larroque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Macerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Sasoin made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Severo Macerio sent off a good shot on target. Marciano Musko got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Larroque's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
