Amancio Medero came out of the goal and Victoriano Senon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Marco Idacio made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Medero. Talita FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Leandro Mundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Maximo Darien made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Chinguillos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Senon. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Maximo Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximo Darien was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Norberto Merexildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute, Chinguillos AFC's Anacleto Sansone seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anacleto Sansone the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chinguillos AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anacleto Sansone had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 62nd minute, Anacleto Sansone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Darien struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. In the 90th match minute, Chinguillos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Senon to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Maximo Darien had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicanor Berenguer. Chinguillos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximo Darien was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. When the match was over Chinguillos AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Talita FC throughout the match.
