Simon Garoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Ignado in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Valentin Jerico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Sanchez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Julio Mosen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cochinos de Monte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Union Teporocha the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Cochinos de Monte:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Union Teporocha:s goal. Cornelio Nastasio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Simon Garoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Tajo in the 19th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Union Teporocha got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Jeraldo. Eugenio Mon hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Cochinos de Monte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Tadeo Ignado scored to the left of an out of position Simon Garoa, making the score, 1-1. After 29 minutes, Florencio Maju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cochinos de Monte and the Union Teporocha players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes Cochinos de Monte got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Maju. Nemesio Ur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Simon Garoa made a huge save. In the 31st minute, Marcelo Belasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Mon hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes Union Teporocha got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Ignado. In the 38th minute, Marcelo Belasko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Sanchez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Cochinos de Monte's Simon Garoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Cochinos de Monte from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, Union Teporocha's Serafino Tajo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Garoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Jerico to make the kick off. Mario Sanchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Jerico in the 53rd minute of play. Cornelio Nastasio's late challenge caught a Cochinos de Monte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Nastasio helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Union Teporocha got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Nastasio. Mario Sanchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Serafino Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union Teporocha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Cornelio Nastasio struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Simon Garoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union Teporocha. Union Teporocha's Mario Sanchez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Union Teporocha from getting a goal against them. After having played for 73 minutes, Tadeo Ignado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union Teporocha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Ignado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Ur in the 75th minute of play forced Cochinos de Monte's goalkeeper Simon Garoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Elixio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes Union Teporocha got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Jeraldo. Nemesio Ur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Union Teporocha's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Mon came free, but Mario Sanchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nemesio Ur in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Garoa saved Cochinos de Monte from getting behind. Tadeo Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Simon Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cochinos de Monte walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
