Roberto Gasteiz's late challenge caught a Carapato FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Gasteiz helped the player get up and apologised. Arnau Lobo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Emeterio's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. If Lázaro Emeterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Carapato FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Valentin Tirso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arnulfo Erdiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doğaner Yağıztekin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Carapato FC defense, Valentin Tirso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnulfo Erdiano. The Carapato FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnulfo Erdiano should have stopped the shot. After having played for 56 minutes, Doğaner Yağıztekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forgotten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğaner Yağıztekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th match minute, Carapato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Poncio to maneuver through the defense. Forgotten's Valentin Tirso got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play, Forgotten's Mehmet Efe Tekiner made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Erdiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Tirso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Forgotten had won after a very even match.
