Seating: 1025, VIP seats: 5) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Romulo Lalla got the match started through his kick off. Roque Roso scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Aresti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Romulo Lalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Paolo Aresti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paolo Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Aresti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Roso in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Santa Fe's Juan Fernando Pratto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Aresti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Romulo Lalla took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Aresti. Paolo Aresti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 23rd match minute, Santa Catarina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Burutzagi to maneuver through the defense. Paolo Aresti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Fernando Pratto, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute, Romulo Lalla made a precise shot to the right of Paolo Aresti. Santa Catarina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Paolo Aresti came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Fe's Juan Fernando Pratto. But to his dismay, Juan Fernando Pratto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After 37 played minutes Santa Catarina FC got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Shepherd. In the 40th minute Juan Fernando Pratto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Roso in the 43rd minute of play forced Santa Catarina FC's goalkeeper Paolo Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Fernando Pratto scored 0-7 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Aresti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Roque Roso took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Aresti. Paolo Aresti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Fe's Roque Roso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paolo Aresti. That made the score 0-9 after 56 minutes of play. When Faustino Urbasa fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Catarina FC's protests and gave Faustino Urbasa a yellow card for diving instead. Santa Fe's Eliott Pépin was substituted for Rolando Madaleno. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Roso got free with Paolo Aresti in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Santa Catarina FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Fernando Pratto was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Fe's players had a chance to rest. Santa Fe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan Fernando Pratto in the 65th minute. Faustino Urbasa was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 69 minutes into the match, Juan Fernando Pratto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paolo Aresti, 0-10. Paolo Aresti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Lalla in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Santa Fe getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gilberto Raymond hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Santa Fe's Juan Fernando Pratto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paolo Aresti. Paolo Aresti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. In the 80th minute of the match, Juan Fernando Pratto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paolo Aresti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cesar Aurken hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Santa Catarina FC's Paolo Aresti got control of the ball when Roque Roso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roque Roso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Juan Fernando Pratto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paolo Aresti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Santa Catarina FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Juan Fernando Pratto scored to the left of an out of position Paolo Aresti, making the score, 0-12. Paolo Aresti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Fernando Pratto in the 92nd minute of the match.
