Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vicente Donio started the match with the kick off. The Potros Diaz Fc fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Potros Diaz Fc's Ildefonso Sansone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute Isidoro Dantel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Estefan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Angelino Telo could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Antonio Tohias however easily saved by the left post. Vicente Donio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Potros Diaz Fc's Miguel Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Phelipe in the 28th minute of play. Soles Mexicali's Antonio Tohias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Soles Mexicali from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Soles Mexicali's goalkeeper Antonio Tohias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Telo. Potros Diaz Fc's Angelino Telo came free and shot a quick shot against goal 31 minutes in the game, fortunately Antonio Tohias had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Soles Mexicali's Antonio Tohias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Sansone in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Soles Mexicali's goalkeeper Antonio Tohias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Telo. 35 minutes into the match, Soles Mexicali's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Sansone came free, but Antonio Tohias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Telo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Antonio Tohias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potros Diaz Fc. Antonio Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Sansone in the 45th minute of the match. Esteve Charro's late challenge caught a Potros Diaz Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteve Charro helped the player get up and apologised. Esteve Charro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Miguel Estefan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Donio in the 57th minute of the match. Potros Diaz Fc's Angelino Telo got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Julian Phelipe fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soles Mexicali's protests and gave Julian Phelipe a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Soles Mexicali got a freekick which was hit by Julian Phelipe. Potros Diaz Fc's Sebastian Bortzaioriz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Soles Mexicali. When Esteve Charro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. Potros Diaz Fc's Miguel Estefan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Potros Diaz Fc from getting a goal against them. Isidoro Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miguel Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelino Telo might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Tohias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelino Telo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 played minutes Potros Diaz Fc got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Bazkoare. The audience was convinced that Ildefonso Sansone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonio Tohias was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ildefonso Sansone in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Tohias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Soles Mexicali's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Bortzaioriz came free, but Antonio Tohias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ildefonso Sansone in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Tohias saved Soles Mexicali from getting behind. Potros Diaz Fc's Ildefonso Sansone got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
