Eustacio Gombal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carmelo Beturian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Gombal in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carmelo Beturian saved Correcaminos from getting behind. Carmelo Beturian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustacio Gombal's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 21stth minute of the game Felipe Gaitan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Correcaminos's Carmelo Beturian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Eustacio Gombal came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the CASENMNDS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Gombal couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Correcaminos's zone, Teofilo Constancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Beturian came out of the goal and Teofilo Constancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 26 in the game by Feliberto Calixto from a close distance when the talented Carmelo Beturian managed to make a qualified save. Correcaminos's players were relieved. If Eustacio Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Correcaminos got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Pabla. Felipe Gaitan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Carmelo Beturian made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Artaldo in the 38th minute of play forced CASENMNDS's goalkeeper Cristobal Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustacio Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustacio Gombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Carmelo Beturian made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, CASENMNDS's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Artaldo came free, but Cristobal Tabb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match Sixto Nataniel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carmelo Beturian skillfully saved the ball.

The wind increased when Felipe Gaitan made the kick off in the second half. Felipe Gaitan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Carmelo Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eustacio Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Eustacio Gombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Correcaminos's Carmelo Beturian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carmelo Beturian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the game, Tomás Silviano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristobal Tabb. Tomás Silviano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Carmelo Beturian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Gaitan's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. CASENMNDS's Teofilo Constancio got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the CASENMNDS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
