Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zoltán Sámuel in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Platon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulgencio Platon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Sámuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Burutzagi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Concetto Zarrella made a huge save. The supporters of FC Cimarrones booed when Aguacateros de Tepetongo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Burutzagi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Ignatius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fulgencio Platon. Aguacateros de Tepetongo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Concetto Zarrella made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Silvio Ruisko sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Barto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeo Chucho's late challenge caught a Aguacateros de Tepetongo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeo Chucho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Tadeo Chucho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Concetto Zarrella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Burutzagi went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Pelayo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Angelo Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Concetto Zarrella came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Aguacateros de Tepetongo's Silvio Ruisko. But to his dismay, Silvio Ruisko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to Aguacateros de Tepetongo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Raul Laurgain hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Zoltán Sámuel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fulgencio Platon. The goal made the score 2-1. Segundo Salvator's late challenge caught a Aguacateros de Tepetongo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zoltán Sámuel couldn't finish the play. After 70 played minutes Aguacateros de Tepetongo got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Inko. Zoltán Sámuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Emanuel Gar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Argider blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Platon having to make a save.
