Spectators: 7802 (Terracing: 5971, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 0) Zoltán Sámuel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Francisco Jurgi hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Cimarrones getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Nicolas Argider hit a great ball. Concetto Zarrella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Illart in the 6th minute of the match. When Zoltán Sámuel came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FC Cimarrones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zoltán Sámuel couldn't finish the play. Zoltán Sámuel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Segio having to make a save. After 19 played minutes VENADOS MERIDA FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Matai. FC Cimarrones's Concetto Zarrella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Illart in the 25th minute of play. Zoltán Sámuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Segio having to interfere. With a little luck, VENADOS MERIDA FC's Aristides Segio got control of the ball when Zoltán Sámuel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Segio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Zoltán Sámuel took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Segio. Aristides Segio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 43rd minute, Zoltán Sámuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesus Ermano made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, VENADOS MERIDA FC's Daniel Illart made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Concetto Zarrella was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Tadeo Chucho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zoltán Sámuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Segio having to interfere. Concetto Zarrella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Ermano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Chucho's late challenge caught a VENADOS MERIDA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeo Chucho helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot by Emanuel Belasko from long distance, 67 minutes into the match, got Concetto Zarrella's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 70 minutes into the match, VENADOS MERIDA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Sámuel came free, but Aristides Segio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Zoltán Sámuel made a precise shot to the right of Aristides Segio. VENADOS MERIDA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Daniel Illart's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Concetto Zarrella firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zoltán Sámuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Aristides Segio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Zoltán Sámuel notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of VENADOS MERIDA FC's Aristides Segio. Aristides Segio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jesus Ermano's late challenge caught a FC Cimarrones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesus Ermano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Jesus Ermano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zoltán Sámuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abelardo Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Cimarrones's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
