Spectators: 6836 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliseo Estebe started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Ybarlucea getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Narciso Chuan hit a great ball. The supporters of Quiroga booed when Ybarlucea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Locaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Loren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venancio Mederi in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesar Ramond during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Cesar Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmar Rocio struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jorge Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ybarlucea. Quiroga's Cesar Ramond got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 39 minutes, Amancio Filipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quiroga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Filipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saverio Formerio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jorge Loren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Gabino in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmar Rocio to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ybarlucea's zone, Cesar Ramond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelino Gustau came out of the goal and Cesar Ramond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cesar Ramond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcelino Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Formerio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Quiroga! The referee gave Ybarlucea a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcial Gabino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Quiroga's Jorge Loren. 3-0. Cesar Ramond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Gustau having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Cesar Ramond notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Ybarlucea's Marcelino Gustau. Marcelino Gustau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Marcelino Gustau managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Quiroga's Cesar Ramond fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice moves Cesar Ramond could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Marcelino Gustau however easily saved by the left post. Ybarlucea's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
