The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal Aguila's Hermengildo Abeijon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Landero. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. With his leg Benito Landero managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Arsenal Aguila's Carolo Mark fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jesus Elixio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Danilo Toli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Landero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Arsenal Aguila getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Carolo Mark hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Domingo Bras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal Aguila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Bras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iker Jerardo's late challenge caught a Arsenal Aguila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Jerardo helped the player get up and apologised. Iker Jerardo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes, Jorge Ranolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pejelagartos de Tabasco and the Arsenal Aguila players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, one of Pejelagartos de Tabasco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pejelagartos de Tabasco. If Carolo Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Pejelagartos de Tabasco got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Balendin. Danilo Toli struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Benito Landero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal Aguila. When Carolo Mark came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Arsenal Aguila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Mark couldn't finish the play. Jesus Elixio made a great header on Arsenal Aguila's corner, it was just that Pejelagartos de Tabasco's Benito Landero managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 29th minute, Válter das Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Arsenal Aguila's Carolo Mark made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Landero was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Carolo Mark got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hermengildo Abeijon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Jorge Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute of the match, Jesus Elixio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Landero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute, Hermengildo Abeijon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristides Balendin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Carolo Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Bras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Landero having to make a save. Jesus Elixio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aristides Balendin made the kick off in the second half. Benito Landero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Toli in the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pejelagartos de Tabasco's zone, Jesus Elixio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Landero came out of the goal and Jesus Elixio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pejelagartos de Tabasco's goalkeeper Benito Landero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jesus Elixio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pejelagartos de Tabasco's Benito Landero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Landero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Toli in the 66th minute of play. Danilo Toli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Ranolfo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Fertus having to make a save. Arsenal Aguila's Aníbal Pernambucano was substituted for Danilo Toli. Hermengildo Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Válter das Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Pejelagartos de Tabasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Balendin to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Carolo Mark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Balendin during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Mariano Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal Aguila's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Playo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Landero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aníbal Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute, Domingo Bras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pejelagartos de Tabasco's Aristides Balendin got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Aristides Balendin off the ground. A collision led to Pejelagartos de Tabasco getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Aristides Balendin hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Arsenal Aguila's Jesus Elixio tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arsenal Aguila fully deserved thier win.
