After a defensive mix-up in NUEVO CHIVAS's zone, Robustiano Quico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yavuz Selimhan Yağızkan came out of the goal and Robustiano Quico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yavuz Selimhan Yağızkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Jaime Ulizes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Baumar charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Baumar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leandro Baumar kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Irreverentes's Mickey Beckwith proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Irreverentes from getting a goal against them. Mickey Beckwith stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosme Laurendi's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Breno Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mickey Beckwith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Meendez during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of NUEVO CHIVAS booed when Irreverentes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Meendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Cosme Laurendi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Mickey Beckwith. Cosme Laurendi in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mickey Beckwith, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 36th minute, one of Irreverentes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Irreverentes. Irreverentes's Mickey Beckwith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Maciel in the 41st minute of play.

53 minutes into the game, Denis Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mickey Beckwith was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Jaime Ulizes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Beckwith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Locaio during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Irreverentes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Locaio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Maciel in the 62nd minute of play forced Irreverentes's goalkeeper Mickey Beckwith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cosme Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. NUEVO CHIVAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Laurendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mickey Beckwith breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mickey Beckwith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Ulizes in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute German Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Beckwith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mickey Beckwith came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by NUEVO CHIVAS's Denis Reyes. But to his dismay, Denis Reyes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Jaime Ulizes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mickey Beckwith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Denis Reyes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NUEVO CHIVAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Danilo Marin lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 81st minute, Danilo Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mickey Beckwith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Reyes in the 84th minute of the match. Robustiano Quico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yavuz Selimhan Yağızkan having to make a save. Irreverentes's Leandro Baumar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Quico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Yavuz Selimhan Yağızkan made a huge save. Mickey Beckwith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that NUEVO CHIVAS were the better team. NUEVO CHIVAS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
