In the 5th minute Javier Elia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Bizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sementales FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vinicio Panfilo hit a great ball. Maximino Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Javier Elia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sementales FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 17th minute Elvio Idacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Barto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elvio Idacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Bizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Panfilo in the 23rd minute of play. Ermegildo Barto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Chago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Hori hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes, Balsa FC's Maximino Arixo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Barto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Balsa FC reached it. The supporters of Sementales FC booed when Balsa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Arixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Bizi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Sjöman, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Silvestre Hori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Bizi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Segundo Bizi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Elia went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the game, Javier Elia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Segundo Bizi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Sementales FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Elvio Idacio made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Maximino Arixo put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ermegildo Barto. In the 55th minute of the match, Javier Elia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Segundo Bizi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Segundo Bizi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Panfilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Elvio Idacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Barto was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After 91 minutes Sementales FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maximino Arixo who took care of the corner kick. Silvestre Hori's late challenge caught a Balsa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Hori helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Balsa FC booed when Sementales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Hori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Arixo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ermegildo Barto. Sementales FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Placido Bertran hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Balsa FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sementales FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sementales FC.
