The coaching staff of Tasmasd protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Gartzen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Orestes Football Club booed when Tasmasd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Gartzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafino Mano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Orestes Football Club's zone, Cosme Pietro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Filipo came out of the goal and Cosme Pietro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Emiliano Cordarrol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Filipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Filipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Cordarrol in the 22nd minute of play. Mauro Filipo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosme Pietro in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Cordarrol got free with Mauro Filipo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, Tasmasd's Guido Quintan got control of the ball when Ildefonso Leobardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Indartsu Vega had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guido Quintan. Tasmasd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Indartsu Vega was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 93 minutes, Blas Abadie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasmasd and the Orestes Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Blas Abadie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Orestes Football Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
