Ildefonso Leobardo hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Sementales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Remicio came free, but Ermegildo Barto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Vinicio Panfilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Leobardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Barto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ildefonso Leobardo ran back to his position shaking his head. The Orestes Football Club fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Orestes Football Club's Erubiel Remicio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
