Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niceto Mel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Niceto Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Desiderio Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Romeo Argi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carranza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doblas FC the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Carranza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Pepillo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Carranza's zone, Niceto Mel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Peyo came out of the goal and Niceto Mel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th match minute, Carranza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Neves to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Mel in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Desiderio Peyo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tarcisio Mello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Pierres having to make a save. Ruy Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Salvador Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Peyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Mel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Tauro hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Desiderio Peyo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Niceto Mel sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd match minute, Carranza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Erroman to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruy Neves was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ramiro Salvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Salvino might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Desiderio Peyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Salvino ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57thth minute of the game Niceto Mel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carranza's Desiderio Peyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desiderio Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Salvino in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Emiliano Fresco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carranza and the Doblas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carranza's Emiliano Fresco got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Zacarias Berasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Peyo having to interfere. When Ruy Neves came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Carranza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Neves couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Mel in the 75th minute of play forced Carranza's goalkeeper Desiderio Peyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Doblas FC's corner Esteve Dimo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Desiderio Peyo quite easily take care of the ball. Ramiro Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Desiderio Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Pepillo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Carranza succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Doblas FC had controlled the match.
