Marteinn Palermo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benicio Dorio. 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Marcelo Barovero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marteinn Palermo in the 14th minute of play forced Deportivo Weed's goalkeeper Benicio Dorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Martxel's late challenge caught a El Espolón del Gallo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Martxel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of El Espolón del Gallo booed when Deportivo Weed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Martxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Jeronimo Berriotxoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Berriotxoa in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Dorio saved Deportivo Weed from getting behind. After 22 minutes, Prudencio Luix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Weed and the El Espolón del Gallo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prudencio Luix kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Berriotxoa in the 23rd minute of play forced Deportivo Weed's goalkeeper Benicio Dorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Barovero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Manuelo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Benicio Dorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Berriotxoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jeronimo Berriotxoa took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benicio Dorio. Benicio Dorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Deportivo Weed getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dalmacio Ipar hit a great ball. Emilio Beremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Barovero having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Deportivo Weed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Unax to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes El Espolón del Gallo got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Jesco. Bartolo Martxel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Barovero. El Espolón del Gallo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Berriotxoa to make the kick off. Benicio Dorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Berriotxoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Jeronimo Berriotxoa came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the El Espolón del Gallo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Berriotxoa couldn't finish the play. Emilio Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Hilario Jesco made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Dorio. Deportivo Weed's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Jeronimo Berriotxoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th match minute, El Espolón del Gallo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Ondino to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Weed's attentive Claudio Dayam managed to snatch the ball when Bernardino Chap made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. 74 minutes into the game, Leon Unax threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Espolón del Gallo's Esteve Ondino quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 79th minute, El Espolón del Gallo's Jeronimo Berriotxoa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benicio Dorio. Benicio Dorio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Geronimo Beti took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Benicio Dorio to make any attempt to save it.
