After 16 played minutes El Espolón del Gallo got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Jesco. 19 minutes into the match, Cacharí AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Berriotxoa came free, but Omiros Salpiggidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Egoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Berriotxoa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cacharí AFC's Omiros Salpiggidis. In the 47th minute Hilario Jesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omiros Salpiggidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

El Espolón del Gallo's Marteinn Palermo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
