A collision led to AztecGold getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Abel Urre hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jacinto Rojas sped through AztecGold's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gunvald Barnholm. 23 minutes into the match, AztecGold's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Rojas came free, but Gunvald Barnholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunvald Barnholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Rojas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cañani OFF's Jacinto Rojas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gunvald Barnholm. That made the score 5-0 after 29 minutes of play. Gunvald Barnholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Rojas in the 33rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
