The referee showed Gonzalo Corderro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Hermosillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Corderro. Hermosillo FC's Samuel Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Orixe in the 6th minute of play. Elar Quero made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Yu Jing sent off a good shot on target. Elar Quero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yu Jing showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Murillo came free, but Samuel Evarado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Murillo in the 25th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Samuel Evarado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Evarado came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Dunamis's Franco Murillo. But to his dismay, Franco Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Murillo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Evarado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Fliz in the 34th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Samuel Evarado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Dunamis's Florentino Orixe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Evarado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Isaias Hanni kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Nicanor Erramun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute Feliksas Čepulionis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Elar Quero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Jing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Evarado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Orixe in the 55th minute of play. Hermosillo FC's Chico Che managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruno Iigo in the 58 minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Eloy Su hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dunamis made a substitution. Orlando Chago replaced Isaias Hanni. A collision led to Hermosillo FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Eloy Su hit a great ball. Hermosillo FC's attentive Eloy Su managed to snatch the ball when Godfredo Eufemio made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hermosillo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xie Yue Hao was slow to take the kick. During this time Dunamis's players had a chance to rest. Su Yuan Cheng was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Dunamis's Franco Murillo got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute, Dunamis's Franco Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samuel Evarado. Samuel Evarado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 96th minute, Twan Sans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hermosillo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dunamis had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
