After a defensive mix-up in Tiburones Rojos's zone, Edgard Magdaleno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferruccio Borrelli came out of the goal and Edgard Magdaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgard Lécuyer struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ferruccio Borrelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tequileros FC. In the 16th minute Edgard Lécuyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Borrelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Magdaleno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ferruccio Borrelli firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tiburones Rojos's Ferruccio Borrelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tiburones Rojos from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Tiburones Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Lécuyer came free, but Ferruccio Borrelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferruccio Borrelli came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Tequileros FC's Edgard Lécuyer. But to his dismay, Edgard Lécuyer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Frutos Macedo lost his temper 29 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Rojos's Frutos Macedo got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Waclaw Szostak came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Tequileros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waclaw Szostak couldn't finish the play. Robert Haaland hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tiburones Rojos's Ferruccio Borrelli got control of the ball when Edgard Lécuyer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes, Edgard Lécuyer made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tiburones Rojos's Ferruccio Borrelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Tiburones Rojos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conrado Baudelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Ferruccio Borrelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Baudelio in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Ayhan Vuralhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Quico. Tiburones Rojos's Aristides Urtsin was substituted for Robert Haaland. Tiburones Rojos made a substitution. Bonifacio Monico replaced Rigoberto Araoz.
