Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Melksham AFC's zone, Rony Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Fornos came out of the goal and Rony Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Cerna, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Melksham AFC's Emiliano Umaña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Sosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Mena scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patricio Fornos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Danilo Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Cerna in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Cerna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Melksham AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Christian Mena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Patricio Fornos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Barrera got free with Daniel Sosa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 48 minutes into the match, Maidenhead City's goalkeeper Daniel Sosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Umaña. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Cerna to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Antonio Peredes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Sosa. Maidenhead City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Peredes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Daniel Cerna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Umaña in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Sosa saved Maidenhead City from getting behind. Fabio Cerna's late challenge caught a Melksham AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Cerna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Fabio Cerna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Cerna struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Daniel Sosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Melksham AFC. Daniel Sosa came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Melksham AFC's Daniel Cerna. But to his dismay, Daniel Cerna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Emiliano Umaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Maidenhead City got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Molina. The supporters of Maidenhead City booed when Melksham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Parada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maidenhead City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Melksham AFC had won, even though Maidenhead City had held more of the ball.
